♥ If I Never See Your Face Again

x.iwillbealright.x

Oh long time no update. But don't worry, I am now back from the dead. Truthfully, I don't really know what made me come back here and re write. Maybe it's the fact that I don't have a diary and that I want to keep track of what I really am doing. So here I am, back from the unknown.

Updates, updates, updates. I'm in Year 10 now and the fact that we only have one more week of school left until the two weeks holiday are making me really over the top excited. I really cannot wait for that. Oh gosh, after the holidays... Term 3 is on. Then the holidays, then term 4. That means only one thing. SCHOOL CERTIFICATE. *Deadly scream from the underworld* Excuse my spaz attack.

Time's flying really quickly and I hope it does. Year 10 has been deadly. I know that I will regret saying this next year, but I really can't wait for next year to come. Why? Because this year has been pretty crappy. No, scratch that. It is crappy. I don't hate Year 10 just for the fact that it's crappy, I also dislike it for the fact that every single time the teachers have to constantly remind you, "This is for your school certificate." As if we aren't aware of that! Why don't they just put up a big clock like in Hogwarts counting down the days till the school certificate?

I swear the teachers take so much pleasure knowing that Year 10 students shudder at the thought.

So what else is new? Nothing really. Everything is pretty much the same. Except for the fact that this year is shitter than last year - yes, I will point that fact out as much as I can although shitter is not a word I still will - and that there are about 60 times more assessment than there were last year.

Okay. So I was exaggerating. But they do have more assessments for us this year than last year. The fact that's really pissing me off is that all the assessments come when the week for the holidays begin. That's when they start piling up - majorly. This isn't excluding the fact that we still have to do work even though it's the last week of term. *Cough* Mr. Goodman *Cough*

Oh, teacher gossip here. Since we're talking about Mr. Goodman, rumor has it that he is going out with Ms. Shanahan. Anyone wanna confirm that for me? I thought they never liked each other. Or so I was told last year. Or were those different teachers?

Since Blake never forgets to mention his work shifts, I will now tell you all that yes I still work at McDonalds - sadly - and I that I have worked there for over a year. I need to find a new job. But then again, work is like a 5 minute walk away from home... And if I go to another job, I have to either wake up really early to get there and not miss the bus or constantly waste my money on public transport because my dad's at work and he won't be able to drive me.

Anyways, I work only on the weekends now. Saturday and Sundays. I'm working tomorrow at 12 to 4 and 10 to 3 on Sunday. I'm not complaining about the pay, it's pretty good. $8 per hour is alright and when I turn 16 next year, I get a pay rise! Yay, finally! I'm also now on the Safety Team which is good. It's pretty crap how they make us write at least 2 or 3 hazard reports every month. I doubt anyone will seriously to that. Although... If I do write them, I can get a badge and pin it up on my hat and get 3 in total. Dilemmas, dilemmas. Oh well.

What else can I write about? OH! That's right. I got a new phone. It's a danger Hiptop sidekick slide. I had to ask Monica Mason all about it because I've been wanting a sidekick so badly and she told me to go to Bondi Junction. I had work on the same day so I had to wake up at 7 to get ready and stuff. Mom and I arrived there at about 9:30 and we had to wait for 30 more minutes because the shops weren't opening until 10. So we were there waiting... Waiting... Then finally, the shop decided to be nice and opened!

I was looking around at the sidekick section and I was debating with my mom with which sidekick I should get. I was originally going to get the one exactly like Monica's but my mom told me that it looked like it could easily break and that it's really really big. That's why I ended up with the slide. I'm not complaining though, I love it. The only fact is, I wanna flip mine too. But I guess you can't have everything the way you want it to be.

The thing I love about it is that it has unlimited texting, IM, internet and email. The call is pretty pricey though. 30 cents for 30 seconds - but think about it, it is UNLIMITED texting, IM, internet and email. I guess fair's fair. The good thing about it is that you can have 3 minute emergency free call to one number. So you can call for about a minute, hang up, then call again. And you won't even get charged for it. It's about $30 per month. Of course that excludes the downloading of tones and stuff like that. Wow, I feel as if I'm advertising the phone. NO I'M SORRY. THE PHONE ISN'T FOR SALE. THANK YOU. COME BACK LATER. Haha!

Well well... I guess that's all I have for today. Nothing big happening, nothing new. It's 10:01 - how ironic - and I'm off to get cozy in bed and read a book. If I remember well and good, I shall update tomorrow. Well, that too depends if my mom lets me on the computer. She says that I've been too technologically surrounded. COME ON, I'm a teenage girl built in with love for technology. Of course I can be on the computer 24/7. But I doubt that she will ever let me do that. Although the fact is, when she's gone, I'm ALWAYS on.

Anyways, I'm off now. Goodnight Australia and goodbye.
